This may include your name, business name, work email, phone number, state or business location, website, platforms involved, incident details, public links, communication preferences, and newsletter consent.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records, passwords, or highly sensitive documents through initial website forms. Please do not submit that information.
How we use information
We may use submitted information to review and respond to inquiries, assess whether our services may be appropriate, administer consultation and client-development workflows, maintain records of communications, improve website operation, protect safety and security, and send educational email when consent has been provided.
How information is stored and shared
Website submissions are stored in access-controlled systems used to operate Main Street Resolve. We may use service providers that host or support the website and communications. Security and sensitive matters
No website or transmission method is completely secure. Do not send confidential evidence or sensitive records until Main Street Resolve has confirmed an appropriate secure method. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or a duty to act.
Children and nationwide service
This site is intended for business owners and managers, not children. Main Street Resolve is a remote U.S. business serving clients nationwide. State-specific disclosures and rights must be reviewed with counsel before launch.
